Users swap or buy skins at fair-value exchange rates — the venue's margin is built into the quoted rate rather than charged as a separate commission, so the 0% / 0% fees reflect that spread-based model, not a fee-free claim (same convention as CSTrade / LootFarm). Phase-1 coverage tracks its store-side quote feed.
